The BEDROOM (15' x 19') has a walk in closet, high king size bed,desk,love seat, recliner, dresser and a T.V.
The adjoining tiled BATHROOM features a wonderful 3' x 6' whirlpool tub & shower. There are grab bars at the
tub, shower and commode. The floors through out are heated in the winter months. Fluffy towels and smooth bedding
are supplied.
The LIVING ROOM (15' X 16') has a sofa, love seat, recliner,T.V., VCR, and a DVD player. The 8' glass door
opens to the covered patio and yard. There are many beautiful flowers growing outside April thru Oct. The fall foliage
is gorgeous Oct To mid Nov.
The KITCHEN (15' x 19') has a full size range/oven refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven,sofa , table &
chairs, stereo, washer & dryer,
Everything you need to prepare and serve meals is supplied. We try to stock the basics - salt, pepper, vinegar, oil,
flour, coffee, tea. Plastic wrap, foil,etc., and we will provide the ingredients for you to cook your first breakfast here. If
you need something, there's a 24hr Wal-mart grocery store 2 miles away.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 4 children (if the children are small enough to sleep on sofas and
love seats). If you need more room, you can add more bedrooms(w/bath) on the first and second floor at additional
cost. Minimum 2 night stay, 3 on holidays
RATES: $150.00/night (Double Occupancy)or $950.00/week or $2,700.00/month. The cost for additional people will
be $10.00 per night. Rates are lower after October 31. All utilities are included, with air conditioning, wireless high
speed Internet, and cable T.V. Maid service is not included.
There is a refundable security/damages deposit. One QUIET well behaved pet allowed - additional $50.00 damages
deposit.
The pool is open May thru Sept. - shred with B&B guests and Vacation home.
NO smoking in or near the house.
3% discount when paid by check, money order or cash.
